Eligibility : Graduate experienced B.E/B.Tech

Important Points –

• Max offer Salary for L1 – 6 months to 1 year – max upto 3L, 1-3 years – max upto 4.5L(30-40% hike from last drawn salary) and Age limit is 30.

• Any Grads with International voice experience(Tech)

• Should target candidates who is within 20 KM (6 months to 1 years) to 35 KM (1 year above) from the work location (HCL office)

• Rounds of Interview: Aptitude, Versant, Online test and Ops round.

PFB the Skills which are mandatory for DC Ops.

1. Mandate min 1 yrs experience from Linux/ Network/ Windows/ Storage.

4. ITIL Concepts

5. SLA (Ticketing Tools) hands on experience

6. Communication should be Good

7. Note: DC ops – Need Major lineup skills from L1 – Linux, Windows, Networks , Database & Storage .

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone global calls /email/chat for customer’s end users

• Should be ready for 24*7 shift

• Very good in communication

• User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mail boxes, Distribution lists

• Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs

• Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution

• Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.

• Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems
