Job Description
Some qualities we look for are: 
• Self-starter & entrepreneurial spirit 
• Fairly strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• 1-5 years of work experience in consulting or business development
• Very Strong communication skills in one Indian language and English 

Responsibilities
  • Build and Execute Sales Plan to achieve organisational goals
  • Developing and managing the outreach strategy across various segments of corporate users i.e., MNCs, SMEs, incubators and accelerators
  • Developing targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users 
• Periodical and frequent follow-ups with key clients and developing client relationships 
  • Independently, pitch the concept to clients, manage follow-up, and ensure potential users’ questions are answered. 
  • Managing own BD pipeline through company’s CRM 

  • Refine the company outreach strategy jointly with the leadership team
  • generate leads and qualify existing leads
  • acquire new requirements on a continuous basis from existing clients and onboard new clients
  • expand network amongst HR leads in medium and large enterprises
  • Act as the product ambassador in defined territories
