Job Description
*  The service in the restaurant constantly maintain to a high standard

 Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of house

throughout service

 Ensure that your team leverage all sales opportunities

 Appropriate handling of customer requirements

 Responsibility for the correct execution of all transactions in the service

 Manage service plans, inventory, and loss

 Prepare and present high quality staff food within company guidelines

 Keep working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

 Ensure all mis-en-place is in place for all relevant menus

 Communicate with other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working

relationships

 Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation

 Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and

procedures

 Implement and adherence of all the departmental SOPs and training calendar.

 Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

 Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
