EXP IN TICKETNG TOOLS
Candidate must have worked on any ticketing tool & have experience handling Application and IT Infrastructure issues over the phone, email or ticketing tool.
Should be able to route the issues / requests to respective L2 team for resolution if it is beyond the scope.
4) Candidate must have client facing experience over email, phone and face to face.
