Job Description
Candidates must have at least 2 yrs. of experience in L1

Person who are currently working in L2 support and willing to work for L1 will not be allowed

Its not a desktop support role

Its a kind of Application support role

they will resolve software related issues 
EXP IN TICKETNG TOOLS
Candidate must have worked on any ticketing tool & have experience handling Application and IT Infrastructure issues over the phone, email or ticketing tool.

Should be able to route the issues / requests to respective L2 team for resolution if it is beyond the scope.

4) Candidate must have client facing experience over email, phone and face to face.

5)Ready to work for 24*7 shift

6)Good communication skills
