    • Key Responsibilities : Required Skills and Experience :Design, implement and maintain MS intunes Minimum of years of industry experience in technical support role supporting MS intunes Experience with design and implementation of MS Intunes infrastructureWorking Knowledge on Upgradation to latest versions Ex: 85 to 91 or 91 95 Experience working with security teams to plan and implement security/device management policies Expertise with troubleshooting MS Intunes related issues

    • Technical Experience : 6 - 7 yrs Understanding of Ticketing Tools like Service now Understanding Knowledge on Incident, Change and Program Management

    • Professional Attributes : Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems iOS, Android and Windows primarily Best practices for supporting a large-scale enterprise mobile device program Ability to quickly interpret Client updates for applicability to existing environment including urgent upgrades and patches

    • Educational Qualification : BE/Graduate

    • Additional Information : Understanding of project governance, compliance, audit, and risk management principles
