Role & Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end recruitment. Understand the Profiles shared by us thoroughly. Interacting with the clients for better understanding of requirements. Sourcing the Quality and Suitable candidates from the target Companies with the help of Multiple Job boards like (Naukri, Monster) Headhunting and Social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on. Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions. You will be working on the requirements of our clients shared by the Team Leader who is assigned to you. The Team Leader will be the mediator between you and the Client. He /She will help you close your requirements.

WHAT DOES JOB TERRITORY PROVIDE Sim Card would be provided with Unlimited Calling facility. Leading Job Portal Login Access, Data base will be provided. Single Point of Contact from Jobs Territory, Who will be doing your orientation & training.
Working Hours Any 5-6 hrs. Window period (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
You would be paid as per the revenue sharing model. That would be "Flat 20% "on the payment receivables from the client per each candidate.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
