-Deliver prompt and professional solutions with proactive troubleshooting via phone, email, online chat etc in order to resolve customers problems.
-Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank .
-Initiates sales and cross sells banking products and services to ensure targets are met.
-Ensures interactions with customers are as per banks set procedures and regulations in order to meet service standards.
-Flexibility to work on General shift (9AM - 9PM any 9.5 hrs)
-5 day working, (Fri & Sat Week offs)
