Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues.  

Job Description
Provides information to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction. 
-Deliver prompt and professional solutions with proactive troubleshooting via phone, email, online chat etc in order to resolve customers problems.
-Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank .
-Initiates sales and cross sells banking products and services to ensure targets are met.
-Ensures interactions with customers are as per banks set procedures and regulations in order to meet service standards.
 
Additional remarks
-Flexibility to work on General shift (9AM - 9PM any 9.5 hrs)
-5 day working, (Fri & Sat Week offs)
-Work Location - Shollinganallur
