Job Description
  • Windows Administration like on premise active directory
  • Experience on Azure, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Windows Patching knowledge atleast for 6 months using WSUS or SCCM or any patching tool
  • Capability to operate in a flexible environment with minimal supervision. Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team. Provide L2/L3 support to customers over phone and email. .
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
  • Time of operation: Available to work 24x7 on a rotating basis. candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate the roster.
  • Able to work independently
Additional Advantage

Any MDM (Like Intune, ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus, Meraki, Airwatch )

Understanding of Common application installation types (MSI, ipa, apk, xap, appx, etc.) using MDM on PC’s and Mobile devices.

Experience/knowledge on Client Computing and Mobility with exposure on Mobile Device Management solutions like Intune/ Mobile Iron/Office 365/ Air watch is an added advantage

Process :

Need to contact the customer based on requested contact method either over email or call

Need to take the remote session of customer environment and fix the issues.
