.Looking for L3 skills in below core technologies, requires skills in one or more of the following areas:
• Operating Systems – Windows
• Additional OS skill: RHEL, Suse, CentOS, Ubuntu
• Virtualization – VMware vSphere, ESXi
• Patching Tools– BigFix, WSUS, SCCM, Ansible, Nessus, Qualys
• Scripting – PowerShell, Python, Salt, batch files, etc.
• Compute – Cisco UCS blade & rack-mount servers, UCS Manager, Dell servers
• PCI Compliance and vulnerability management
• Configure ADFS, Domain & trusts, able to fix replication issues
• Understand and manage AD architecture with Root Domain, Child Domain controllers and RODC
• High Customer Centricity

• Understanding of ITIL / ITSM with experience in ticketing (Service Now) and monitoring systems (Monolytics, EM7 & Nimsoft etc.)
• Responsible for analyzing vulnerabilities in PCI compliance report, prepare remediation plan, test, deploy remediation steps
• Coordinate with server owners for application-based vulnerabilities testing and remediation
• Analyze and test monthly patches and document test results
• Responsible for monthly operating system patches installation and upgradation
• Responsible for recovery of servers which failed due to patching\pci remediation
• Responsible for patch management and compliance
• PCI compliance vulnerability remediation testing and execution
• Responsible for VM templates patching and compliance
• Responsible for SOP & MOP documents preparation for critical activities
• Responsible for UCS, ESXI upgrades and firmware management
• Expertise in OS hardening, performance and tuning.
• Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP and related components is a must
• Experience with AD migrations using ADMT and 3rd party tools.
• Responsible for the development and refinement of operational best practices as it relates to Virtustream Enterprise Cloud platform management & support
• Works with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
• Provides appropriate level of support and troubleshooting for incidents across the environment and escalates to next Tier if needed
• Utilizes a variety of internal and external sources to investigate technology, build knowledge, and resolve incidents.
• Review documentation, diagrams, configurations, standard operating procedures, and tools and regularly contributes to internal knowledgebase and departmental documentation.
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure possessing a can-do attitude, to keep the resolution process moving in a positive direction
• Familiar with VMware infrastructure builds and Management
• Experience in Managing cloud infrastructure services and ability to adopt new technologies

Additional Job Description
Preferred / Optional Certifications
• MCSE, MCSA
• VMware VCP
• ITIL Foundation.
