Job Description:

Key skills and Experience Areas:

Website Management and Optimisation

• Owns the ecommerce websites, with a view to constantly enhancing the UX and content.

• Capabilities in HTML / CSS, with strong experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Experience of payment gateways and the range of ecommerce payment methods in the India market.

• Aware of responsive design for websites across device types, and solid skills in mobile experience optimization.

• Understanding of middle and back office systems and other integration is advantageous.

Conversion Optimisation

• A good understanding of User Experience (UX) considerations for ecommerce.

• Ability to plan and activate A/B Testing, as the basis to drive up conversion rates on the websites.

• Ability to run User Testing would be helpful.

• Online Surveys experience is a bonus.

• Able to identify the key drivers of performance, and implement the insights gained.

Email Marketing

• Experience of running Email Campaigns, and appropriate software.

• A good understanding of email list management, and the important related issues, such as privacy and opt-in/opt-out.

• Familiarity with creating/managing Email templates, which are responsive design, and multi-inbox layout compatible.

• Aware of both email campaign, and triggered, event driven emails.

• Able to analyse and optimize email metrics, and post-click website metrics.

Project Coordination

• Ability to project coordinate new product and new website builds.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to B2C products, including market research, coordination with underwriter for product development, soliciting feedback on customer experience from the Call Centre and Claims teams, coordinating with IT teams for upgrading website development, and managing freelancers or digital agencies as required.

Marketing Performance and Analysis

• Strong experience with Google Analytics, with the ability to make recommendations and implement appropriate optimizations to drive sales. Experience of A/B testing analytics, email marketing analytics and other analytics tools will be favorable.

• Responsible for driving sales via optimizing the websites and other platforms focused on consumer targets for Allianz Partners, India.

• Supports the creation of the online marketing and ecommerce strategy to drive the B2C business from the platform optimization angle.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years of working experience in digital platforms and Optimisation.

• Self-starter, self-driven, with an entrepreneurship attitude.

• Process-oriented, customer-oriented, and growth mind-sets.

• Data-driven analytical and decision making skills.

• Tech-savvy, following best-in-class and up-to-date digital marketing trends.

• Able to manage and prioritize, to drive multiple activities simultaneously.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, with attention to detail.

• A desire to learn, alongside regional and global office level support.

• Good English language proficiency to work with local, regional and global office teams.
