Job Description: Relationship/Wealth Manager

Positions :-Preferred RM (handling HNI & UHNI Clients only)

Products: Mutual funds & Insurance

PRE-REQUISITES

• Any graduate + other professional qualification with minimum 2-3 years sales experience as business development

/ relationship manager / advisor / planner / wealth managerworking in a Private bank/wealth management set up.

• Should have NISM V A MF certification and NISM X A(Level 1) and NISM X B (Level 2) Investment Advisor

certification CFP / CWM / CFA would be added advantage

• Handle and manage clients.

• Experience of advising clients across asset classes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.

• Candidates having good vintage in their present as well as previous companies

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Relationship Manager will be Responsible for Acquiring Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI)

• Finding Potential Clients through different channels (Lead support system, Marketing activities, Own data base,

Referral ) and Manage existing client Base .

• Taking Appointments & meeting the clients on daily basis .

• Educating and guiding clients on different investment opportunities like Mutual Fund, Insurance etc.

• Generating , Identifying , Analysing individuals financial goals through Financial Assessment tool and execute the

same by providing unbiased solutions.

• Review Clients portfolio and keep them updated

• Advising Affluent/Ultra Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and

deepening the wallet from existing clients

• To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to

determine whether they fit into clients’ portfolios.

• Fulfilling the compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and Product Sales and managing

Delinquencies by ensuring proper Sales Process

• Recruiting, training and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition

within the team.

• To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.

• Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of targets

• Comfortable with field job which involves travelling and meeting prospects on a daily basis Strong passion for

working in a fast paced and result oriented environment

• Self-driven and able to take sales initiatives and operate independently within deadlines.

• Should be able to monitor and deliver results on targets

• Should be able to understand stock markets, debt markets, mutual funds, insurance and other areas such as Gold,

Real Estate, Commodities, Macroeconomics

• Should possess understanding of all relevant taxation and other laws relating to investments

• Should have very good numerical and analytical skills and flair for finance/ financial markets

Qualifications: -

Graduate /MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education in financial planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP will be an advantage.

Salary will be line with the industry standards.
