Behavioral Modification Techniques.
Providing mental health services in the form of face to face individual sessions by using techniques of cognitive behavior therapy and behavior therapy principals majorly on stress management.
Dealing with work pressure, family conflicts, relationship issues, clinical depression, suicidal ideation, Adjustment disorders, personality disorders, parental issues , post partum depression in women etc.
Dealing with adult and childhood psychological disorders, marital issues, relationship issues, and diagnosis to psychotherapeutic intervention of psychological problems.
Dealing with adult mental health issues like depression, stress related disorders, relationship issues , personality disorders, bipolar ,suicidal cases, PTSD ,OCD, Crisis management and intervention and also provided in house therapy and counseling sessions for the same.
diagnosis of mental disorders and providing early intervention plans, conducting workshops and group talks on modern parenting, command training ,healthy family environment, life skills etc. also execution of behavior therapy plans.
psychometric tests regarding adult, adolescent, childhood and geriatric mental health problems and diagnosis and also masters various forms of psychological intervention like behavior therapy, social-skills training, cognitive behavior therapy, supportive psychotherapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, family therapy, sex therapy, relaxation therapy, bio-feed.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
