Job Function Description Positions in this function are responsible for providing counseling telephonically or onsite for behavioral health and employee assistance services. Includes assessment and triage, short-term problem resolution, and referrals. Conduct resiliency training during on-boarding and refresher trainings as needed; Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with personnel (similar to a standard EAP call but in person) occurring quarterly with drop-ins as needed or requested.; Attend standing meetings with Management; Prepare monthly reports; Conduct wellness assessments throughout and agents tenure with the program; Facilitate monthly group sessions / seminars around mental health and awareness topics.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
