Job Responsibilities

planning and coordinate with the production team as per weekly commitment.

• Making daily dispatch plan for the finish goods materials.

• Monitoring the Invoicing of the sale orders logged into the system and ensuring execution of customer orders within the time frame set.

• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting regular stock verification and documentation.

• Coordinating with various departments regarding material management, distribution.

• Preparing proper documents i.e. Invoice/Delivery Challan/Returnable Challan thru SAP MM & SD with arrange statutory requirements.

• To handle all logistic operation including making Delivery order and maintain records of day by day dispatch progress as well as planning of material for dispatch according to customer requirements.

• Preparing monthly dispatch report as well as delivery order
