Job Description
Extensive experience of 8-10+ years in Contact Center development with the following:

• Developing and troubleshooting the Genesys voice platform application and functional testing for Inbound voice IVR.

• Developing and troubleshooting the Genesys voice platform application and functional testing for Inbound Automatic Speech Recognition.

• Development and testing using Web services and SOAPGenesys GVP, Composer, Web Services Block, Work Flow/Call Flow creation, Routing

• IVR, CTI

• VXML

• DTMF

• Experience with Telephony and Networking Technologies preferred

• Experience with CTI/Screen pop and Outbound campaign preferred

• Call transfer/conference/consult

• Genesys Campaign & Outbound experience

• Genesys Call back

• Genesys Call recording

• Any scripting/development languages are a plus

• Troubleshooting IVR /Call flow application and fixing the same
