  • Experience:4 to 8yrs.
  • Location:Pune.
  • Candidate from any location who ready to shift in pune also accepted.

Job Description

MOTOR UNDERWRITING (DEPUTY MANAGER)
  • NCB recovery with the help of concern marketing channel/team and sending NCB recovery letter to insured.
  • Analysis of OD, TP and total claim ratio for Make, Model and Fuel type wise and reporting to Office Head for loss making make, model.
  • Analysis of loss making agents and discussing with agent for corrective action.
  • Working with discounting grid for private car, commercial vehicles with help to Actuary team and HO team.
  • Regular review and monitoring loss ratio for make and model wise and categorizing Green and Red model.
  • Analysing and monitoring claim ratio and claim frequency of Motor product on regular basis and providing data/report to regional and zonal manager.
  • Reverting to Audit queries related to Motor LOB.
  • Following guidelines rollout by HO team and Motor Tariff.
  • Analysis Motor pre inspection report and improving quality of Motor UW.
  • Training on Motor products and new Add on to marketing team and agents.
  • Analysis of profit and loss account of branch of Motor LOB, Combined ratio, acquisition ratio, expenses ratio, claim ratio.
  • Helping/coordinating with marketing team for growth of premium of Motor LOB.
  • Resolving day to day queries of agents, marketing team and customer related to Motor LOB.
  • Coordination with Head Office team for implementation of new product and new process.
  • Senior IT Coordinator:

  • Understanding the user requirement.
  • Liaison between technical team and development team.
  • Understanding/analysing the validations for the various products which are implemented in system.
  • Documentation of products validations, process.
  • Forwarding the bugs/error of applications to developer and getting it resolved within given TAT
  • Making understand to user where-ever system validation is correct.
  • Providing training to end user on new module.
  • Serving as Single Point of Contact of IT team in branch.
  • Preparing the test cases.
  • Testing of new module on UAT.
  • Preparing the flow chart of new process using MS Excel.
  • Preparation of MIS reports like growth report channelwise, LOBwise, productwise, locationwise, IMDwise.
  • Target achievement report channelwise, LOBwise, productwise, locationwise, IMDwise.
  • Comparison report channelwise, LOBwise, productwise, locationwise, IMDwise.
  • Profitability - channelwise, LOBwise, productwise, locationwise, IMDwise using MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Understanding the Profit and Loss report which is prepared by Finance team.
  • Co-ordinating with other department like , Operation, Marketing for IT related issues.
  • Co-ordinating with IT development for implementing/testing new module.
