Job Description
Dear Candidates,

We are hiring for an Email and Chat process. Please find below the job description. 
  • Adherence to standard business norms for providing premium customer resolution via CHAT & EMAIL
  • Quick & Accurate Resolution of customers query as per business guidelines
  • Meeting the performance stacks thereby achieving business goals
  • Minimizing customer escalations by first attempt resolution within the TAT
  • Knowing our products inside and out to effectively answer questions posed by customers
  • Ensuring optimum output by attending product & service training sessions 
Desired Skills: 
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent written communication Skills
  • Knowledge in Email etiquettes
  • Willing to work in 24/7 shifts
  • Prior exposure of Banking transactions would be an added advantage
  • Typing speed skill with 25 words per minute.
