Job Description:

Core Industry Experience is a mandate, Data Analysis, lean , Six Sigma Tool Experience – SAS, R other Statistical Tool, good Communication skills

· Shift Timing:- UK

• As Warranty Analytics Lead you will be responsible to drive overall analytics on product performance, Field Failures and Project Management.

• You will be responsible for

o Creating & modifying statistical models to meet client as well as organization needs. The statistical model will be on identifying anomalies in the data & provide insights to drive business outcomes

• You will manage delivery to onshore and offshore teams, and client team by providing them tactical support including Emerging Issue List, Root Cause Analysis and Problem Definition Pack for Field Failures, monitoring progress of the project and publishing reports

Responsibilities/Authorities:

Operational Responsibilities

• Responsible to drive business saving with offshore , onshore & client team as per defined yearly target

• Should be able to guide & mentor modeling experts & data scientist to drive business outcomes

• Should have the overall understanding of warranty management, forecasting, Claims Management and Supplier Quality process

• Responsible to generate models based on business requirements

• Should work closely with the data scientist, onshore and offshore team to understand different business scenario, automate and create models in R and other analytics Tools

• Should be able to identify anomalies in data using different statistical tool

• Suggest model change based on the change in business dynamic & data trends

• Responsible to generate Predictive Models , Emerging Issue List, provide Root Cause Analysis and 8D Project Reports

• Support ad-hoc complex analysis

• Leverage multiple Analytics tools to conduct more complex warranty analysis

• Automate ad-hoc complex analysis proven useful to enable junior analyst to use them on a recurrent basis. Train Junior Analyst on new ad-hoc analysis developed by Analyst Experts.

• Monitor and interpret process KPI’s

People Management Responsibilities

• Need to be a good team player and lead, involve the team members for smooth day to day operation

• Should be able to motivate, guide his team to achieve team target

• Effective in allocation the workload within team

• Should be able to understand team pulse and react effectively

• Accountable for coaching, mentoring and motivating managers and specialists

Skill Set:

Technical Skills
• Experienced in Analytics Modeling in Warranty / Fraud Detection, Claims Management area
Six Sigma Green˻lack Belt Certification, Lean, ASQ, Quality Certification etc.
• Experienced in Analytics Tools i.e. R, SAS
• Experienced in Analytics Solutions as a developer
• Experience in statistical/predictive modelling techniques like regression, multivariate analysis, forecasting, and reliability models, clustering techniques using SAS or any other statistical tool such SPSS, Statistical, JMP
• Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)
