Job Description
• 1 to 3 Yrs. of experience in Banking / Financial Services – Back Office/voice operations, preferably in cards operations with an International Bank covering Customer Onboarding / Card Application Processing / Information Security Administration / Central Travel Account / Service Desk / Payments / Visa, MasterCard Interchange Settlement.


Job Description:

A. Core Process Activities –

• Processing of day to day commercial card activities/queries/ tasks as per local operating procedures.

• Delivers as per Service Level Agreement always. Ensure service quality (KPI's) is maintained

• Understand customer requirements

• Meet required productivity metrics set for the team

• Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised

• Perform next level checker step as required

• Perform control related activities to mitigate risk

• Provide quick an effective resolution to the customer's queries by using the right methods/tools

• Escalate escalation upwards as appropriate

• Very high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, often involving changing priorities and multiple deadlines

• Ensure all mandatory training are completed within timeline

• Flexibility to work extended hours as and when required
