- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
- Good logical reasoning &analytical skills.
- Able to interact with customers via chat, should be able to answer servicing questions.
- Able to work in night shifts (US). 
 Qualification:
Graduate and Postgraduates freshers and experience can Apply.
Undergraduates with BPO experience can apply.
