• Verification Analyst (Employment):
Main purpose of job

To ensure that all cases in the bucket have been initiated, follow-up done and closed within given TAT with established standards

Initiate the cases allocated within given TAT
• Follow-up through mails / calls to be done
• Ensure that cases are closed within TAT.
• Ensure that all quality standards are met.
• Maintain all required records of activity levels for management control purposes.
• SMES will have additional responsibilities of coaching the new joiners till they are up to the mark.
Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Education HSC & Above
• Freshers to 4 years
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Eye for detail
• Ability to use standard office software;

PFB JD For Data Entry operator
To ensure that package selection is done as per client / case manager

Data Entry of cases assigned on symphony tool

Main responsibilities

Receive documents and enter relevant data into computer speedily and accurately
Update details of candidate in Symphony/(100% Auto)the prescribed order.
Maintain various internal records and produce reports summarizing data as required from time to time.
Knowledge, skills and experience required

Education: HSC & above
Typing speed of min 30 wpm
Good organizing skills;
Hands on experience on Microsoft office including PDF
Understanding of clients SLAS & packages

PFB JD For Quality Analyst
To ensure that all allocated cases are reviewed and sent to clients within given TAT with established standards

Main responsibilities
• Produce cases as required to laid-down standards and within specified time limits.
• Do a quality check and take any further clarification if required from process teams
• Ensure that cases are closed within TAT.
• Ensure that all quality standards are met.
• Maintain all required records of activity levels for management control purposes.
• SMES will have additional responsibilities of coaching the new joiners till they are up to the mark.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
The job requires:
Education : Graduation
Experience 1+ yrs Minimum
• Typing skills at speed specified;
• A high standard of English and knowledge of the rules of grammar;
• Eye for detail
• Ability to use standard office software;
