Job Description

  • Designing and architecting the enterprises unified communication system.
  • Implementing and deploying the SFB on premises servers and online services.
  • Migrating and configurations the services from legacy PBX to LYNC 2013/ SFB server.
  • Configuring and deploying the HUNT/ IVR Response Group in the SFB server.
  • Using PowerShell commands to get enable and set users, status checks.
  • Migrating and configuring the Exchange on premise to Exchange online services.
  • Integrating On premises LYNC or SFB servers with Office 365 Unified Messaging.
  • Set up and configure Cloud Voicemail for Skype for Business Online users
  • Integrating the existing legacy PBX system to on premises or online SFB servers. 
  • Configuring and troubleshooting LYNC user sign in and desk phone issues.
  • Integrating the Exchange Unified messaging components with LYNC/ SFB.
  • Implementation and deployment of SONUS SBC gateway
  • Strong knowledge in Skype for Business enterprise voice, and VoIP troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Skype for Business enterprise voice, and VoIP troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong Knowledge in Skype for Business on-premises and online.
  • Should have good understanding of IP telephony and VOIP technologies like H.323, SIP, SBC’s, ISDN T1 and E1 PRI concepts.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Skype client issue.
  • Creating and modifying Response group.
  • Installing and Patching Cu4 update and Skype server with the help of Symantec.
  • Good experience in Exchange web service issues with Skype for business.
  • Creating Dial plans and modifying the Normalization rules.
  • Basic knowledge in Active Directory related with Skype for business.
  • Basic idea about the Modern Authentication and ADFS.
  • Configuring the Hybrid Deployment with Skype for Business On premise and Online.
  • In depth knowledge of troubleshooting SIP and TDM technology.
  • Experience in Polycom SIP phones and Video conferencing solutions.
  • Good experience and knowledge in Audio codes Mediante 1000 SBC Gateways.
  • Good experience and troubleshooting in Configuring SIP trunk and Monitoring logs and alerts in Sonus SBC 2000 Gateways (Session Border controller).
  • Should have experience in Executive/Secretary, Hunt group and call pickup group configurations in SFB.
  • Strong knowledge in Legacy PBX to Skype for Business migration.
  • Should have experience in DID and Toll-free numbers mapping and routing in Sonus Gateways.
