Solutions Architect


Main Purpose: (captures essence of the job in brief)

Design Solutions for Process Automation using any RPA Tools or any other platform. Should be able to design and orchestrate the architecture for the proposed solution

Qualifications required:

Education:Graduate / Masters in ECE/ EE/ CSE/ IT (preferred)

Experience:

-Overall - 6-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in development (any programming Language - .NET/ Java/ SQL preferred)

-At least 3 years of RPA experience in developer role

Certifications: Advance Developer Certifications on multiple RPA Tools

Main Responsibilities:

Functional:

-Able to clearly construct a to-be state robotic solution ( on acclaimed RPA tool) based on business process inputs received from BA/ Operations SMEs

-Create code modularization plans to build solution and integrate modularized code

-Identifying technical exceptions and propose handling

-challenge Business Analyst/ team on possible security and IT concerns

-Provide solutions for creation and maintenance of bot credentials ( front office and back office)

-suggest connectivity mechanisms for best performance of RPA solution

-Conduct tool feasibility to check technical fitment of specific process steps to RPA automation

-Able to call out technical risks and dependencies pertaining to RPA development and deployments and suggest mitigation tactics

-Perform code review and assist developers in overcoming technical roadblocks

-Look at options of addressing technical roadblocks utilizing integration of other technologies and programming languages

-Assist responsible teams to build Operations manual/ guide to run bot post production

Non-functional -

-Be able to work in team and promote team motivation during challenging phases of project

-Credibly interact with Operations and Client stakeholders

-Be able to stretch beyond usual work to accomplish feats and build credibility within and outside team

-Identify growth path and groom junior team members

-Acceptable and accent free communication skills, especially in spoken English
