• BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc.(IT) or equivalent with more than 7 years in SAP • Experience of implementing large government SAP project is added advantage • Should have experience of at least 3 end-to-end SAP (S/4HANA preferable) implementation HCM consultant. Good understanding of hire to retire process and requirements of public sector payroll • Must have good exposure to SAP implementation &support in India • Must have experience in writing complex functional specifications including interfaces and custom programs, working with technical programmers to analyze defects and propose solutions • Flexible to travel across locations in India for project implementation &support • Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
