• BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent with more than 7 years in SAP • Should have experience of at least 3 end-to-end SAP (S/4HANA preferable) implementation as a basis consultant. • Must have good exposure to SAP implementation and support in India • Experience in supporting systems in large HANA environment with following ability o Installation of SAP system in a distributed environment o Setup and management of DR site o Backup strategy & implementation o System & job monitoring o Parameter optimization o Client copy and Notes/patch application • Flexible to travel across locations in India for project implementation & support. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well versed in English and Hindi

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
