• BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent with more than 6 years in SAP ABAP • Experience of implementing large government SAP project is added advantage • Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end SAP (S/4HANA preferable) implementation as an ABAP consultant. • Must have good exposure to SAP implementation and support in India. Experience in SDLC &SAP ABAP development framework • Development of workflow, report, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements &smart forms.Develop applications with a clear qualification of different levels of coding options • Provide Root Cause analysis using SAP tools,including but not limited to, ABAP Debugger • Flexible to travel across locations in India for project implementation & support

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
