Roles and responsibilities
A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients,
You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
You must be able to maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers in a calm and friendly manner.
• Should have knowledge on MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
• Superlative English communication and interpersonal skill.

Inside sales Profile

As an Inside Sales Executive, you would be an integral part of the Sales team at GITPL. This is a ‘highly targets-driven’ role and you would work with Territory Manager to reach GITPL’s business customers through telephonic as well as Email communication. You would be responsible for:
Revenue generation through Sales Leads and Prospecting new customers
Mapping Accounts and maintaining customer information in CRM
Coordinating with field sales / product executives
Maintaining business relationship with existing customers
Following up on mailers / EDMs sent
Participating in one-to-many events
Coordinating with principles / distributors.
Inside Sales / Customer-facing sales / Tele-sales in a professional environment
Assertive sales attitude to perform in a highly target-driven set-up
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
Superlative English communication and interpersonal skill
Basic knowledge of MS Office and any CRM
Ability to quick adapt and learn
IT infrastructure sales ,Knowledge of Microsoft, Dell, Adobe, will be added advantage
