- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs - Organizing & completing tasks according to assigned priorities. - Developing & maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team - Processes Member Notification forms, Research & Load contract, Creating the PR etc.
- Any graduate with Arts & Science Background/ Diploma (3Yrs)-(Master Graduates/PG not eligible) -Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements - Walk in Details - Weekdays (Mon to Friday) 10:00 AM till 01:00 PM - Typing speed of 20 - 25WPM

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
