Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose:

The manager of IAM Attestation Processes will lead a team that is responsible for establishing

and executing attestation processes to ensure appropriate user access. Additionally, this

manager must be able to lead through others and influence business units to new attestation


Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead Strategic access management initiatives and tools

- Execute Access Reviews using SailPoint and SharePoint

- Ability to troubleshoot key systems, process failures, tools associated with the role
- Leverage existing Identity IIQ(SailPoint) solution to add efficiency into certification


- Understanding application/application module reconciliation and aggregation processes

- Partner with IAM GAC and other business partners to support new and ongoing

assessments executed by IS Governance, 2ndline of defense, 3rdline of defense and

external bodies.

- Support ORM Metrics and dashboard as related to access management process


- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve strong results

- Ability to transfer knowledge and develop the IAM Certification Team

- Minimum of 5-6 years of information security specific experience, with an overall 8+

years of experience

- You must have a Graduate Degree or equivalent

- Strong Understanding of SIAM and ability to influence and partner with the SIAM Build


- In depth understanding of SailPoint staging, reporting and certs execution.

- Highly skilled in using the advance design features of in SharePoint

- Strong excel skills, Visio, PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated experience analyzing large amount of data with accuracy.

- Strong knowledge of repository management.

- Ability to understand how to create risk-based processes and maintain associated strong


- Experience closing open issues associated with BSII, continuous monitoring, and audits

- Scrum/Agile Trained – experience executing Agile Projects

- Strong knowledge in Qlik, and other analytic tools

- Strong operational knowledge of the Configuration Management Database

Strong Facilitation Skills and experience Working knowledge of SharePoint

- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts along with IAM policies & standards best practices. 

Desired Characteristics:

- Experience leading certification team and developing strong risk-based certification


- Experience with certification best practices such as personal user access management,

event management, Non-personal access processes to minimize risk

- Experience in Agile Development methodologies

- Must be comfortable and adept at presenting to c-level executives and external clients

- Strong Communicator

- Innovative and Risk-Based mind-set

- Ability to influence leadership and peers

- Ability to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical partners

- A strong customer/client focus with ability to manage expectations appropriately and

provide superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
