ROLE: Senior Project Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


Role Brief -Experience in leading and managing medium and large projects/programs independently and ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities –


• Program manager who has independently led and managed different types of projects/programs (end to end).

• Expert in stakeholder management.

• Is Expert in managing senior resources and project deliverables with regular updates to stakeholders

• Is Expert in communicating and building good rapport with stakeholders. Presents viewpoints and complex ideas in a comprehensible manner

• Familiar with processes, tools and metrics related to program Management

• Review Dependencies, Assumption and Action Logs

• Setting up governance and tracking timeline & milestone

• Leading governance calls and providing project status to higher management

• Monitoring Program and status reviews.

• Manage program level risk/issues and ensure mitigation, in order to minimize their impact

• Budget management, tracking and forecasting.

• Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques

• Program resource management

• Maintaining lessons learnt

Candidate’s profile/Requirements


• Flexible to Shifts

• Knowledge of program/project Management methodologies proven by PMI PMP® or equivalent certification.

• Experience in coordinating the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects within the program.

• Brings value add to organization by bringing significant improvement ideas and constantly looks to grow the efficiency and reduce cost of running projects and programs

• Be able to drive the programs to their strategic objectives

• Experience in Managing/Leading Multiple Large/Medium program independently

• Program management experience in Transition /Software Implementation / software development /RPA and various other type of Business improvement programs.

• Must have experience on Financial reporting and analysis on a program level

• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, tenacious and assertive, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

• Good Client facing skills, able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment.

• Ability to manage conflicting time demands and multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Must be pro active in identifying gaps and ensure completion

• Should be a team player

• Flexible to travel

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
