Job Description:

•Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with customers from North American / Canadian / UK / Australia and New Zealand markets

Overall Experience:

Fresher (0 to 11 months)

Mandatory Experience:
•Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
•0 to 11 months of work experience as Process Executive
•Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region
•Willing to work in a rotational shift based work schedule
