Job Title: International Voice Process-US

Job Role:Senior Process Executive-Voice

Job Location: Chennai


Introduction:

We are hiring for International Voice Process at Cognizant. If you’re interested to work in US shift, we’d love to connect with you.


Responsibilities:

• Contact and interact with potential customers in US in order to locate new business

• Understand customer issues and route to the appropriate team

• Drive higher Customer satisfaction

• Handle critical customer issues and follow up to ensure proper action is taken

• Maintain accurate records of the prospects and track them on a daily basis. 

Requirements:

• Overall Experience-

1-4 Years 

• Mandatory Skills:

Candidates must have 1 year of international BPO voice experience

Should be familiar with Healthcare / AR Caller /Customer support

Excellent Communication & Listening skills

Good to have analytical, presentation skill

Willingness to work in permanent night shift

PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook 

• Desirable Experience:

Able to manage time effectively

Exposure into International calling

Job Description:

• Align individual goals with team objectives (work cohesively with the team)

• Complete mandated training days for self

• Perform quality tasks for team as an additional responsibility

• Ensure quality monitoring and audits for the Process Executives to identify areas of improvement for the team or individuals; feed information to the trainer and / or conduct refresher training

• In the absence of the PL and TL, perform the following tasks when assigned:

1. Handle escalation calls

2. Manage service levels on a day-to-day basis

3. Manage break schedule on a day to day basis

4. Communicate and manage transport delays
