Job Description
Position Title: VP- Clinical Marketing

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Managing Director

Position Summary: The VP-Clinical Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing clinical marketing plans and for developing tools that highlight the clinical value proposition of technology used by Karauli Diagnostics among potential referring consultants about 3T MRI, 384 SLICE CT SCAN,……….. In addition, he will work with in-house radiologists to drive consistency and excellence in the utilization of technology. This role will require detailed technical/clinical knowledge of 3T MRI, 384 SLICE CT SCAN and solid knowledge of the clinical marketplace.

Core Job Responsibilities: • Manage clinical product positioning and messaging efforts. • Work very closely with all of Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, and other functions to develop new referring consultants support collateral, specifically case studies and clinical "tips and tricks" material, to meet our utilization and procedure adoption goals. • Partner with key surgeons to develop and implement leading clinical marketing programs and symposia to drive competency and utilization of technology and programs. • Develop a successful reference network of consultants to make Karauli their preferred destination to refer cases. • Develop and implement promotional programs based on peer-to-peer interaction for clinical and technical validation. • Monitor product utilization and tracking.

• Gather and disseminate referring consultants’ feedback. • Understand the competitive landscape for the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment of peripheral different disease. Requirements: • MBBS with MBA • 5+ years of Sales or Marketing in Medical Device/Surgical experience preferred • Good knowledge of all modalities for diagnosis is preferred • Demonstrated success in building clinical marketing programs and collateral to drive product/procedure growth. • Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver high-impact sales and marketing programs on time and within budget to support overall marketing strategy and business objectives. • Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents. • Self-starter with ability to take leadership in an unstructured environment. • Able to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks. • Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment • Willingness to develop creative solutions to overcome challenges • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with and without formal authority • Ability to engage with external customer groups •

Capable to make frequent one-on-one meetings with potential consultants. •

Must be available for somewhat regular (30-40%) travel

Salary: 20 lacs-30 lacs Per annum.

Preferred Age: 35+ (in-case of outstanding candidate age is no bar)
