Job Responsibilities: 1. Candidate will be responsible for Study Visa Counselling, Immigration Counseling, and branding of Overseas Educational Institutions. 2. Candidates should have at least 1year to 2 years of prior experience in Visa Counselling for Canada/NZ/Australia. 3. Should be able to assist students / clients through complete Application and Visa process. 4. Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries into Walk-ins for Student Visa / Immigration cases. 5. Handling client interactions, customer enquiries pertaining to the queries related to Study Abroad / PR-TR Visa solutions. 6. Doing proper follow ups and Reporting with proper MIS / processing.
Key Skills: A) Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: (English, Hindi and Punjabi). B) Effective convincing and selling skills. C) Should be presentable. D) Good Listening & Analytical Skills. E) Good Computer skills. F) Should have sound knowledge of Visa Processing for Study Overseas / PR-TR products of Canada & Australia.

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
