Job description :
• Overall 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with experience in Windows Desktop Administration, experience on CITRIX technology is an added advantage
• Good technical skills in windows operating systems – Preferably MCP/MCSE Certified.
• Experience in Desktop Support / Remote Infra support
• Good knowledge in Application virtualization technologies
• Exposed to end user application support
• Knowledge of OS and Hardware troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of PC Hardware, Desktop OS and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Networking, Servers OS and Citrix (XenDesktop & XenApps)
• Basic understanding of storage and connectivity fundamentals
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft standard office product
• Good Incident isolation & restoration skills
• Experience in performing basic checklist activities
• Exposed to end user application support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Open to work in 24 x 7
• 6 Days Working in a Week.
