• Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches. Excellent Knowledge of Multiple IT Skills. Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Exposure to in-house recruitment is highly desired. Responsibilities: Handling End-to-End Recruitment ( Preferably Strong in C2H / Contract Hiring ) processes.
• Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks. Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds. Scheduling interviews, a follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
• Managing resumes and updating the database. Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level. Confident in negotiating rates and compensation packages.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
