Job Description
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of IT Recruiting experience in Domestic Staffing Industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings. Proficient in using job portals and social networking sites.

• Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches. Excellent Knowledge of Multiple IT Skills. Good command of verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Exposure to in-house recruitment is highly desired. Responsibilities: Handling End-to-End Recruitment ( Preferably Strong in C2H / Contract Hiring ) processes.

• Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks. Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds. Scheduling interviews, a follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.

• Managing resumes and updating the database. Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level. Confident in negotiating rates and compensation packages.

• Very good package based on experience.
