About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy your job will be to find true meaning hidden behind human actions. You’ll be responsible for inspiring user-centered design through exposure to user insights. You will provide support to product development as well as drive large strategic research projects.
As an advocate for the customer, you’ll frame qualitative and quantitative behavioral data into compelling personas and stories to establish user empathy on the team.
Run generative research projects end-to-end (through surveys, in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and other guerrilla research tactics) to better understand the end-user
Create user personas and scenarios based on research to help Design team better understand the problems they are solving for
Make recommendations to leadership based on observations from user research
Work with multiple stakeholders and ensure everyone is on the same page
Help the Design team carry out evaluative research
Must have -
2-3 years of experience with generative user research in a B2C context
Prior experience running end-to-end research projects
Strong analytical mind. An ability to draw inferences from research and plug them into product plans
Sharp communication skills and strong human intuition
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Background in the humanities such as Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
