Job Description
Responsibilities:

Good communication skills.

1 to 5 Years of experience in serving clients for US.

Expertise in Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing.

Sorting of data and formatting of resumes before sending to the client.

Screening through CV's, calling up candidates,

interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.

Conducting interviews for short-listed candidates.

Coordinating interview as per the client's requirement

Maintaining & updating the Database.

Should be Good with Candidate Follow Up
