Job Description
Knowledge of US Contracting - 1099, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem, OPT, CPT and TN Visa.

Should be comfortable to work with US Citizens and Green Card holders, good understanding of sourcing potential candidates from different sources like job boards, social medias.

Experience in sourcing and screening the Profiles from different portals, Networking, Database, Head hunting & Social Networking Sites, managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities.

Identifying the right candidate with the right skills for the right position

Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Convincing skills.

Well versed with US Job Boards like Dice, Monster , CareerBuilder etc.,

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Windows

Should be comfortable to work in US timings PST.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidates, Additional incentives as per the performance, Dinner allowance, Cab Facility/Allowance, Great working environment, Phenomenal growth in terms salary and position.
