Must have sound experience in US IT Staffing
Well versed with all kind of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C ).
Understand IT requirements and deliver qualified consultants and experience working on technologies like AWS, Hadoop, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, DB Development, Business Intelligence, Data Governance and on Vanilla Skills like Java, .NET,QA,BA,PM etc.
Capable of handling End to End Recruitment process and Should be able to source candidates from portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn etc.,
Experience in Recruiting consultants on W2, H1, Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-time positions.
Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.
Responsible to understand and analyze the job requirements in different domain categories.
Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.
Keeping Track of Responses & Short-listing Profiles.
Good telephone and email etiquette. Basic computer knowledge on MS Office.
Experienced in working with Direct Client (FT) Requirements, Working with Implementation partners (C2C, CTH Requirements and on VMS (Vendor Management System).
