Position: IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Job location: Hyderabad – Hi-tech City

Shift Timings: US EST TIME ZONE

Openings: Multiple

Job Description:

• 0 -1 years in US Recruitment

• Must have good experience using Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder…Etc.

• Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills with the ability to persuasively present and represent business capabilities must have hands on recruitment experience and working in a night shift supporting US clients

• Ready to work in US EST Time Zone

• Multi-tasking ability with strong time management and organization skills.

• Have a demonstrated ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships

• Have a goal oriented mindset

• Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.

• Be comfortable working in an office environment the majority of the day

• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

• Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application).

• Have work experience in a service-oriented business.

• Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

Daily Tasks:

• Full lifecycle recruiting professional providing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating qualifications, negotiating benefits and salary, and presenting offers.

• Experienced in Multiple Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Prohires and others).

• Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications

• Screening - Technically profiles according to the job specifications

• Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups

• End to End Recruitment Life Cycle

Education:

• Must hold a Bachelors or a Technical Degree in computer or IT.

• B.E/B.Tech or BSC, MSC, MCA or other Technical Degree.
