Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment comprising of sourcing, & screening of qualifying candidates, coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication, and negotiating and closing job offer packages, for direct-hires and contract placements.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be working in a fast paced, high volume recruiting and placement environment through creating and posting ads on leading job portals, utilizing research, cold calling (phone), personal networking, internal/external sourcing, and candidate database.
You would be expected to:
- Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Generate weekly reports, and provide consistent feedback to candidates, client and account manager.
