Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 0 - 5 years

Location: Vizag, Andhra pradesh 

Functional Area: US Staffing life cycle.

  • Responsible for sourcing resumes through various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Naukri.
  • Making 100-150 calls per day and thoroughly qualifying candidates on skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and Visa type (if applicable).
  • Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by our clients.
  • A thorough analysis of candidate’s commitment and background check before submission.
  • Obtaining updated resumes from candidates and formatting according to the client’s needs.
  • Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis until positive feedback is received from our client.
  • Appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate.
  • Daily activity update of submittal, interviews, and hires to be sent to account manager.


Qualifications:
  • Fluent communication skills: the role requires daily coordination with team leads, sales people, account managers and candidates in the US over the call; hence a strong hold on English is mandatory.
  • Night shift: the job purely would be night shift and is a recruitment based process.
  • Functional and behavioral skill sets: positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, excellent communication skills, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude.

  • For Sr. Recruiter level candidates as an add on must have three years of employment experience preferably within a staffing/recruiting agency. Proven track record of strategic customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and both oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to follow process, comply with regulations
  • High energy, and has relationship building skills with ability to take initiative, prioritize, influence, negotiate and partner cross functionally
  • Must have prior experience with Fulltime roles and hands on experience dealing with American Citizens, Green Cards, H1 and etc.
  • Well versed will tax terms and US market.
