Job Location: Raheja Mindspace, Madhapur
Position: Permanent

Mandatory skill-set:
• Good communication skills
• Working closely with Staffing Team to help them fulfill job requirements from the client
• Well versed with Job portals like Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, etc.
• Ability to get profiles from non-job portals like Social Networking sites, Groups
• Experience working with Direct Clients - Must to have
• Experience working with Preferred Vendors and on layers model.
• Excellent vendor network
• Should know Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Should have worked on Google Search, LinkedIn
• Should have passion for recruitment and who can think out of box.
• Expertise on Tax terms like 1099, W2 and C2C
• Good Understanding of Technologies (Java, .Net. Oracle, SAP, Across Technologies)
• Understanding of paperwork’s, Rate negotiations, Payment terms negotiation, etc
