Lead US IT Recruiter

Job Location Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US IT Recruitment; processes.
  • Should have good sourcing and Headhunting experience using social platform, references, professional networking along with traditional tools like Job Portals as Dice, monster, CareerBuilder etc.
  • Must have clear understanding of searching candidates on niche technologies like UI, DevOps, Big Data, SAP HANA, AEM, Production Support, QA Automation, Cloud technologies, BI technologies etc.
  • Strong Leadership hiring experience is a must (Delivery Managers / Account Managers / Architect level and above / BI Delivery Managers).
  • Should be active on social media.
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview, offer negotiation & On Boarding etc.
  • Utilize internal and external sourcing methods including crafting Boolean searches, connecting with social networks and other creative tactics
  • Become the expert on where and how to attract top technical talent
  • Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for our high impact roles to work towards diverse, successful teams
  • Input, update, maintain, and leverage recruitment data and records using our proprietary applicant tracking systems
  • Participate in in-take meetings and build new sourcing and recruitment strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize results to meet target metrics.
  • Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Shown success delivering recruiting results in a dynamic, demanding, fast-growing environment
  • Strong knowledge in LinkedIn or any social network
  • Team handling experience.
