Job Description
  • Maintain/Build Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generate new relationship with new vendors. 
  • Receive daily requirements from large number of vendors and/or clients. 
  • Network on daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time. 
  • Post/submit candidates resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources. Work with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builders, ProHires etc. 
  • Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for bench consultants through social media ---LinkedIn groups, Google groups, Facebook etc. 
  • Develop social media presence - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google + etc. 
  • Negotiate rates and salaries. 
  • Should have a good understanding of all the contracts and paperwork that need to be signed from Candidate and clients pre and post interviews/placement 
  • Responsible for entire bench sales life cycle until closure 
  • Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task. Should be able to handle multiple quality submissions for several consultants on a daily basis. 
  • Experience interacting with primary vendors, Corp-to-Corp placements is required. 
  • This is an expanding role with potential for increased responsibilities and attractive compensation and commissions when you make effective closures. 

Job Qualifications/Skills:
  • Must have solid persuasion and negotiation skills 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Must be able to utilize creative methods of recruiting including but not limited to Internet based search engines, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc. 
  • Ability to turnaround with quality resumes at a shorter turnaround time
