US IT Recruiter
Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Sourcing candidates for positions via:

* Conducting detailed database searches

* Vendor Relationship

* Researching and networking to find appropriate candidate matches and contacting these potential matches

* Using social media sites and events to generate contacts

Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in comparison to client requirements.

Coordinating Technical interviews with the US/India team and maintain communications and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.

Upload resumes and all other details in the Share Point portal against the requirement.

Format the resume and present shortlisted candidates to manager/clients with their key skills and all the info on the candidates as per the requirement.

Preparing candidates for interview with clients.

Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors.

Required Skills:

Ideally 5-7 years of professional US IT Recruitment experience.

Expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, social media, networking, web-mining, and cold-calling.

High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies / tools specially in Microsoft Technology (C#, .Net, SQL Server, SilverLight etc.)

Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment.

Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US

Good understanding of US Staffing statutory requirements , HR and contracting process, pay rates etc.

Experience in W2 , C2C , Contract to hire positions .

Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.

Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in IT Technical Recruiting for US staffing Market.

Familiar with all sourcing documentation (NDA/MSA/PO/COI etc).

Excellent communication skills.

Commitment to process compliance and sustained achievement of goals.
