• Verify all documents like MSA, PO, Consultant Intranet and Internet profile, Time sheets and other related documents and submit to Attorney for H1B extension and Amendment process
• Responsible to work and support consultant in case RFE (Request for Evidence).
• Help H1B Consultant to understand and help to gather required documents to support and clear RFE.
• Responsible to complete cycle of USA E3 visa IMMIGRATION Primarily responsibility of handling complicated Agreements like RFP (Tenders), Teaming Agreements, Local Country Participation Agreements, NDA, etc.
• Negotiating with the Clients, Customers & working out balance between business requirements and in adherence to the company guidelines / norms.Supporting & analyzing investigations made by various divisions and advising to the management to enable it to formulate statutory compliant policies.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
