Job description:
Responsible for handling and resolving end to end Vendors grievance via calls and e-e-mails.
Preparation of daily data & possess attention to detail in processing data .
Coordinating with different departments with the organization to resolve the customer grievance. Develops as well as maintains the relationship with internal department ( AM , FINANCE , HR , SALES)
Identifying and serves as a basic point of contact for Vendor with queries, request, feedbacks and complaints etc.
Reconciling the payment pending to Vendor with accounts in case of any discrepancy.
Preparing daily report of Allocation and Assignment of concern / grievance into different work types i.e. request and queries, sales and grievance.
MIS Report of TAT breach data and repeat analysis .
Ensures that all the request, queries and grievance of Vendor are responded within the defined TAT and in professional manner.
Forwarding queries to various department head and resolving the vendor grievance appropriately.
Provided technical assistance to the Vendor related timesheet / customer online portal and gave suggestions to meet customers expectations.

2. Job description:
Handling customer escalations and queries regarding our product

Resolve customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate.

Work on customer E Mails and bring task with in stipulated SLA.

Handle Fraud and initiate compliance investigation cases.

Perform KYC and verify customer documents and Process card applications.

Compliance handling and assuring a qualitative production task.

Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service always.

Mentoring & Training new hires on the floor making them understand regarding companys protocol

Conducting Daily team briefing and share client updates and quality feedbacks.
