Job Description
1.Responsible to oversee all technical teams that are involved in the Service and Takes primary responsibility for Operations. 
2. Drive cooperation and performance of the technical teams for a specific Service and Serves as the prime point of contact to the Operations regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. 
3. Interface with Service Desk in case of incidents/problems/changes. 
4. Citrix XenDesktop Administrator and Full proven knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7. 
5. Strong Technical knowledge on End user computing products like primary – Citrix XenDesktop , ShareFile and secondary - XenApp 
7. Able to handle Client communication and Escalation. 
8. Understanding of ITIL. 
9. Driving Continues Service Improvement of the Service(s) 
10. Knowledge about End user computing and managing team of 15+
11. Willing to work in 24x7 support environment. 
12. Experience in Installing, Configuring, troubleshooting and supporting XenDesktop 7.
